How to type Minutes
this is the format for Minutes: Jocelyn: Leaders, i know that you are new to the formation of the proposals but do take note of the format for minutes. The margins MUST BE align properly. Please do not leave a sentence and thats all for that point, i know that there is more to it. You all have to be more specific and go more into details(elaborate). I do not want to see us helping you to change anymore. The dateline must be kept strictly. If you'll need an extension, can you please inform the 4 camp chiefs. Lastly, when the organisation chart is out, i need you'll to take initiative to have a department meeting on your own accord (even if there is no department meetings stated on the day itself). i do not want you'll to meet up when we tell you that there is a department meeting. Do also tell the 4 camp chiefs when you will be meeting. MOST PROBABLY, the organisation chart will be out by Wednesday night or earlier. Leaders who are absent on the 22/02/2010, please write down the reason you're absent and pass it to me. rest well, it'll be a tough road ahead. HaiQi: Leaders, as what i've seen today in the mass meeting. i found out that you guys take a longgggg time to discuss one particular thing. WE ONLY HAVE 17 DAYS TO PLAN FOR THE CAMP. the camp chiefs cannot sense the urgency you guys have. COME ON, YOU GUYS CAN DO IT. i need you'll to be on time for all the meetings and for all meetings, seating arrangements must be fixed. (which means, you'll have to seat in a circle for all meetings). maybe you'll dont know why i asked you'll to seat in a circle right, cause it is easier for you'll to communicate better. **MINUTES MUST BE WRITTEN FOR ALL MEETINGS INCLUDING DEPARTMENT MEETINGS. so for the next meeting, you guys should have:
- timeline
- organisation chart
- telephone network
- Combine UG Camp - Minutes 001
see you guys soon.
